1. Who handles your information

HW2XSOUND NORTH AMERICA, a Georgia-based business in the United States, operates this site. For privacy questions or requests, email HW2xsound@proton.me.

2. Information we use

• Orders: name and email address, selected product, order and payment status, and receipt/fulfillment records.
• License and activation: license key or signed license data, product, activation status, and a one-way hashed device fingerprint used to associate an activation with a computer. Keygen, the license service, processes license and device activation information.
• Community submissions: the preset files you upload, bank title, optional creator name, optional description, and submission/review status.
• Site security: network and request information such as IP address, browser request headers, timestamps, and rate-limit or error records may be processed by the site host and security systems to operate the service and prevent abuse.
• Support: information you send in messages, including your order email and details needed to resolve your request.

3. Why we use it

We use information to take payment, create and administer licenses, send account cards and downloads, confirm eligibility for owner benefits, review community submissions, provide support, protect the service, meet legal obligations, and keep transaction records. We do not use your uploaded preset bank as a license key or payment credential.

4. Service providers and sharing

To provide the service, information may be shared with the providers configured for a transaction or feature, including Stripe or PayPal for payment, Keygen for license activation, Resend for email delivery, and the site’s hosting, storage, malware scanning, and security providers. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider, not stored in this site’s application records.

We may disclose information where required by law, to respond to valid legal requests, enforce our terms, protect people or systems, or handle a business transfer. We do not sell personal information for money.

5. Retention and security

Order, license, and support records are retained as needed to fulfill purchases, administer licenses, resolve disputes, keep required business records, and protect against fraud. Community content is retained while pending or published and may remain in security backups for a limited period after removal. Site logs and rate-limit records are retained according to the hosting and security configuration.

We use measures such as access controls, signed license data, security headers, rate limits, malware scanning, and restricted handling of server credentials. No online system or malware scan can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep license cards private and do not post them publicly.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Email HW2xsound@proton.me from the address associated with the order and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity and may keep records we must retain or need to defend legal claims. You can also request removal of a community upload.

You can stop using the site and the community area at any time. Removing an account or email from a customer record may affect purchase recovery, license support, and owner benefits.

7. International processing and children

Our providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. Data protection laws in those locations may differ from the laws where you live. The products and community area are not designed for children under 13, and we do not knowingly request personal information from children under 13.
